● Raise $60 to receive a Woofstock T-shirt, dog bandanna & goody bag. You must return a minimum of $60 by Aug. 20 to guarantee your t-shirt.
● Raise $150 to receive a Berkshire Humane Society sweatshirt, plus above.
● Raise $500 to be entered into a special raffle for big prizes, plus above.

TEAM NOTE: Teams are awarded prizes based on the total amount raised divided by number of team members. For example, if a team raises $500 and has 5 members, each team member is awarded a pledge prize equal to $100 (Woofstock t-shirt, dog bandanna, goody bag). In order for a team to win entry into the big prize raffle, the total team donation must equal $2,500+ for a 5-member team.

Bring your paper Pledge Form, copy of your online crowdfunding, and donations to check-in on September 8. Pledges may also be returned by mail to Woofstock c/o Berkshire Humane Society, 214 Barker Rd., Pittsfield, MA 01201. Checks should be made payable to “Berkshire Humane Society.” 100% of net proceeds directly benefit homeless animals.
