BHS collects and maintains certain personal information about you when you adopt an animal from us, surrender and animal to us, make a donation, become a member, make a credit card purchase at our retail store, choose to participate in one of our many events/programs, want to volunteer at the shelter or at a BHS event, seek employment at BHS, send us an e-mail or complete any of our online forms, such as when you request information from us or subscribe to one of our online newsletters. Such information may include your name, mailing address, and e-mail address; it may also include a mobile phone number, the e-mail addresses of those to whom you forward BHS electronic content, and any other information collected in the forms. You may be asked to provide credit card information to become a member of BHS, contribute to BHS, purchase certain information or materials from BHS, or subscribe to BHS.
