Whiska Cam!

Thanks to a generous donor, we now have streaming video available from two cameras focused on the kitties in our Cat Feature Room.

We, of course, have decided to call it “Whiska Cam”!

Please Note:

• A piece of “Active X” software needs to be downloaded for you to view the Whiska Cam! Please allow the Active X software to install on your computer if you wish to view the Whiska Cam! (This only has to be downloaded and installed the first time you use the Whiska Cam!)
• Once the software downloads, you will be asked to log in.
• You will be logging in to the Whiska Cam website as “Anonymous”.
• There is no password required.
• Where it says “Network”, choose LAN if you have a high-speed internet connection, then press OK.
• By default, the Whiska Cam! only shows one camera. To see both cameras, click the button circled in red on the illustration above. (This is the 4-camera view, but we only have two cameras installed in the Kitty Feature room.)
• Currently only Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser is supported. We are working on finding new software to support all browsers.
