Holiday Auction Brunch Menu

We have a great brunch menu planned for this year’s auction, call Di today at 413-447-7878 Ext. 31 to receive your brunch tickets. Tickets are $25 per person and include auction admission. Brunch tickets must be purchased in advance.

    Fruit, assorted
    Yogurt
    Pancakes with optional blueberry sauce
    Scrambled eggs with herbs and spinach
    Bacon
    Assorted muffins
    Whole wheat rolls
    Grilled and roasted vegetables
    Oven roasted potatoes
    Fafale tossed with tomato and basil, served warm with balsamic vinaigrette
    Roasted chicken served on a a bed of cooked carrots and cabbage
    Lemon bars, chocolate mousse and brownies
