Get Our E-Newsletter
One of the Berkshire Humane Society’s biggest focuses at the present time is on revamping our printed newsletter. The cost of producing one issue is quite high. Estimated funds per newsletter look something like this: $2,000 to print, $1,300 for mailing, and anywhere from $600 to $800 for envelopes. That’s over $4,000! By reducing the amount of production, from printing to mailing, the shelter will be able to save countless trees and reallocate those funds to helping our animals. Even to cut this spending amount in half would allow us to spay or neuter another 30 animals in our community during our “Prevent-A-Litter” campaign every February.
Please enter your name, e-mail address, and street address (and an optional message if you’d like) in the form below and we will begin sending you our newsletter via e-mail instead of on paper, allowing us to reduce expenses and save some trees! When you’ve finished filling in the form, press the “Send” button at the bottom of the form. Don’t worry, we will never sell your e-mail address or spam you. We hate spam, too.
Thanks for helping the animals of Berkshire County and beyond!
Frequently Asked Question: Why do you need my street address?
Answer: So we can be sure we remove the proper person from our mailing list for the paper version of our newsletter. Thanks again!
Question: But I don’t receive the paper version of the newsletter. And I’d like to sign up for the electronic version without giving out my street address. Can I do that?
Answer: Sure, we’d love to send you the electronic newsletter. If you’re certain you are not already receiving our paper newsletter, you can fill out the short form below.
